The 5th Felixstowe Darts Grand Prix will run on the following dates

Finals Night will be on
Friday 1st Dec 2023 (Top 16)
We will include an attendance Final for those who fail to make the top 16
this will require a minimum of 10 weeks attendance to qualify & will only run if attendance numbers allow.
Here's how it will work..
We will have a maximum of 48 spaces
Online Registration is only to ensure you have a spot in the first 48 places, after that you will need
to arrive for Booking in from 7:15pm till 7:45pm each week to Toe the line at 8:00pm
After 7:45pm each week there will be 10 minutes for us to replace any no shows with any players from the reserves list, this will be done on a first come first served basis & that player will then claim the space for the following week.
A Random draw will take place every week including Finals Night assigning a maximum of 6 players to each board, those players will then play a Round Robin event with 3 legs per game & a point will be awarded for each leg won.
(All legs must be played win or lose) This will give each player up to 15 games of 501 each week & 15 Points available.
All boards will have a digital scoreboard for you, It will be down to the players of each board to chalk through each others games & complete the score sheets issued & return them at the end of the games, The scoresheet provided will show who should be chalking or playing.
If you have not completed your games by closing time all un-played games will be scored as no points so please refrain from taking smoke breaks when you should be chalking or playing to avoid this happening, Players that vanish when they should be chalking or throwing may forfeit their game or be disqualified! This is to ensure the smooth running of the event.
3 Bonus points will be awarded for attendance however you must stay until your board is completed to earn these points unless otherwise agreed with all other players assigned to your board.
The Cost will be £7.50 for your first round (£2.50 of which will go towards admin cost) & then £5.00 per week thereafter for each week attended.
Prize money up for grabs will be subject to interest and attendance but could exceed £2000, New players CAN join in any week subject to spaces as we have increased the maximum of players to 48 places, However those who turn up the week prior will be given first option in the following week before a new player can be added up until the close of registration, The sooner you confirm the better!!
